Steps Involved in This Project

This is the first time Erin is tracking a review and using signatures in Acrobat 7. When the tender has been reviewed by all parties, Erin’s going to process the comments using a Checkmark feature in Acrobat’s Comments pane. She thinks the Checkmark feature will help her organize her work, and she’ll print a report of the review she can use to incorporate changes into her draft. Finally, when the document is complete, she’ll forward it to the reviewers again for signatures to acknowledge their acceptance of the finished wording before forwarding it to the attorney (Figure 14.1).
