Creating a List Box

A list box is a single field that shows a list of items that the user can select. Like a combo box field, a list box has a Properties dialog in which you add the items. Unlike a combo box field, however, a list box allows the user to select more than one item.

In Joe’s project, customers can choose from a variety of condiments regardless of the type of sandwich they order, including the special. The list box is added to the Extras section on the form and allows customers to select one or more items. These items are added to a single list box field (Figure 10.27).
