Converting the Source Document

Now that Joe’s menu is redesigned, it’s time to create the PDF version. As you’ve seen in earlier chapters, the PDFMaker is a set of tools that Acrobat installs into Microsoft Office programs in addition to a Main menu item called Adobe PDF (Figure 9.4). These tools make it easy to convert documents to PDF from within these applications, without having to open Acrobat. Acrobat 7 includes a PDFMaker for the first time for Microsoft Publisher.
