After considering and dismissing a number of options as too costly—having their documents captured by their database developer—or too inefficient—having copies made of all documents for each IRO—Henry decides the simplest and most effective way to handle the situation is to use PDF documents.

Note

At roughly this point in nearly every chapter you see a lovely image of the finished project. In this case, there’s not much to show. The project is a functional one, and the only thing you could see is a list of index and database files, or possibly a Search PDF window—not the most scintillating visuals.
