TIP 27: Exporting a PDF from InDesign CS

PDF documents are often exported from InDesign CS for proofing, editing, or sending to a print shop. In InDesign CS, you can design both PDF styles and export styles.

Save Your Settings

For reference purposes, you can save the contents of an export setting by clicking Save Summary at the bottom of the Summary panel. A dialog opens where you can name and save the file, which is stored on your computer as a text file.
