Managing a Review with Tracker

Acrobat's Tracker keeps track of all the PDF documents you've sent or received for email- and browser-based reviews. Use it to send a reminder, invite more reviewers, remove reviewed files, and open the PDF file on which a review is based. The Manage option also lets you email all reviewers, send a reminder, and go back online when you've been reviewing offline.

To work with Tracker

1.
Choose Comments > Tracker.

or

Choose Comment & Markup > Tracker from the Tasks toolbar.

or

Choose View > Tracker (Figure 9.34).

This opens the Tracker dialog box (Figure 9.35).

Choose the review you want to alter.

In the Tracker dialog box you can choose to open the PDF (Figure 9.36), remove the PDF, or select one of the options from the Manage pop-up menu, such as Email All Reviewers, Send Review Reminder, or Invite Additional Reviewers.
