Chapter 9. Reviewing > Printing a Comments Summary

Printing a Comments Summary

You can create a comments summary file to view as a PDF within Acrobat. Take that a step further and you can print out the document with the comments summary. You would do this, for example, if you wanted to fax the comments to someone who's not on the reviewing team, or to have a hard copy of the comments on the reviewed PDF file.

To print a document with comments

1.
Choose File > Print with Comments Summary (Figure 9.38).

Figure 9.38. You can print the comments summary.

or

Choose Comments > Print with Comments Summary.

This launches the Summarize Options dialog box.

2.
Choose a layout, paper size, the method for sorting comments, which comments to include, and font size. Then click OK (Figure 9.39).

Figure 9.39. Choose which comments you want to see and how you want them to be presented.

The Print dialog box is launched.

3.
Enter the number of copies, pages to be printed, and so on, and then click the Print button.

The PDF document is printed with the comments summary.
