Chapter 13. Paper Capture > Setting Capture Options

Setting Capture Options

As Capture converts text from images into editable text, it needs to know what sort of language and alphabet it should be looking for. You can choose the language in the Paper Capture Settings dialog box. You can also decide how fine you want the resolution of downsampled images (images with decreased number of pixels for a smaller file size) and choose the style of the output, such as formatted text and graphics.

To change Paper Capture settings

1.
Choose Document > Recognize Text Using OCR > Start Capture.

The Paper Capture dialog box appears.

2.
Click the Edit button (Figure 13.7).
