Arranging Multiple Windows

Your computer screen can get quite messy when you have several PDF document windows open at once. Fortunately, Acrobat offers built-in functions that tidy up your document windows automatically.

To display all open documents

  • Choose either Window > Tile > Horizontally (Ctrl+Shift+K/Command+Shift+K) or Window > Tile > Vertically (Ctrl+Shift+L/Command+Shift+L).

    Horizontal tiling displays open documents in a stack of horizontal windows (Figure 1.49).

    Vertical tiling displays open documents next to each other in vertical windows (Figure 1.50).
