A1: Choose Advanced > Accessibility > Quick Check.
A2: You can often improve the accessibility of an unstructured document by choosing the Advanced > Accessibility > Add Tags to Document command. If you can't improve the accessibility sufficiently, try saving the PDF file in accessible text format.
A3: When you change the magnification when viewing a standard PDF file, you may need to use the horizontal scroll bars to read the full width of a line of text. When you change the magnification when viewing a reflowed PDF file, the text is reflowed to fit in the visible area; you never have to scroll horizontally to view text.
A4: You turn keyboard shortcuts on or off in the General preferences, using the Use Single-Key Accelerators to Access Tools option.
