A2: Simply “print” your file using the Adobe PDF printer. In your authoring application, choose File > Print, and choose the Adobe PDF printer in the Print or Page Setup dialog box. When you click the Print button, Acrobat creates an Adobe PDF file rather than sending your file to a desktop printer.
