Adding Notes, Tasks, and Events to a Project

A given project is also likely to have associated notes, tasks, and calendar events (such as appointments and meetings). It's simple to add any of these items to a project.

To add an Entourage note, task, or event to a project

  • Do any of the following:

    • From the Notes, Tasks, or Calendar section of Entourage, select a note, task, or event. Click the Projects tool- bar icon and select the project with which you want to associate the item.

    • From the Notes, Tasks, or Calendar section of Entourage, select a note, task, or event. Choose Edit > Projects > project name.

    • From the Notes, Tasks, or Calendar section of Entourage, -click a note, task, or event. Choose Projects > project name from the pop-up menu that appears (Figure 17.12).

    • On the various Project Center tabs, you can click Add to add an existing note, task, or event to the project. On the Schedule and Notes tabs, you can click the New button to simultaneously create a new note, task, or event and add it to the current project.
