People are often—but not always—associated with a project. You can add any person from your Address Book to a project.
In the Project Center, you can add new contacts to the currently selected project by doing either of the following:
On the Overview or Schedule tab of the Project Center, click the Add button (at the bottom right) and choose Contact from the pop-up menu (Figure 17.7).
On the Contacts tab of the Project Center, click the Add button.
In the Add Contact dialog box (Figure 17.8), select contacts from your Address Book and click Add. (To select multiple contacts, -click each one.)
In the Address Book area of Entourage, select a contact from the list. Then choose Edit > Projects > project name, or click the Projects toolbar icon and select the project name from the drop-down list.
If an Address Book record is open in its own window, click the Projects toolbar icon and select the project name from the drop-down list (Figure 17.9).
