Importing Messages and Other Data

When you run Entourage for the first time, you're given an opportunity to import data from previous Entourage versions. If you neglected to use this option or have data from other programs that you'd like to incorporate into Entourage, you can do so using the File > Import command. Depending on the data source, you can import email messages, contact records, notes, tasks, calendar events, message rules, signatures, and more.

Table 2.1 shows the types of data that Entourage can import. The step lists that follow explain how to perform the various types of import procedures.
