Adding a Signature

Optionally, a message can end with signature: text that provides your name and mailing address, a Web site address, a phone number, or a snappy quote, for example.

To add a signature to a message

1.
Click to set the insertion point in your message.

Normally, this will be beneath the final line.

2.
Choose a signature from the Message > Signature submenu, or choose a signature from the Signature toolbar icon's drop-down list (Figure 10.25).
