Organizing the Mail

Once you start receiving a significant amount of email, you'll want to organize it. Entourage provides several tools for this purpose.

  • You can store selected mail in folders you've created. (To create a folder, choose File > New > Folder or press ).

  • You can assign various attributes to messages, such as categories and projects with which they're associated. You can then sort or filter your messages based on these attributes.

  • You can define Rules that take specific actions when messages matching your criteria are received.
