Adding Speaker Notes

Speaker notes help guide you while you're giving the presentation. You can also print notes along with your slides, for use as audience handouts. Keynote's Notes field is completely free form, so you can enter text as you wish. The Notes field is just for text; you can't add graphics or charts to notes.

To add speaker notes

1.
Choose View > Show Notes.

or

Choose Show Notes from the View pop-up menu in the toolbar.

The Notes field appears (Figure 2.12).

In the Slide Navigator, select the slide to which you want to add notes.

Enter your notes in the Notes field.
