Understanding the Acrobat Screen

The Acrobat interface consists of the same types of tools you're familiar with from Acrobat Reader: menus, toolbars, and palettes. The main difference is that in Acrobat, you'll find more of them. The overall structure of the Acrobat application window is the same as that of the Reader window: Navigation pane on the left, Document pane on the right, and status bar along the bottom (Figure 5.3).
