Editing with the Graphic Markup Tools

Use the graphic and text markup tools as you would use a pencil or pen. The four graphic markup tools are Pencil, Square, Circle, and Line. Use these tools to show the areas you want to edit and to enhance your PDF page.

To mark up a page with the graphical annotation tools:

1.
Select the tool you want to use.

The four graphical annotation tools share the same slot in the toolbar (Figure 10.38). Press the N key to activate the Pencil tool; then press Shift-N to switch to the other tools in turn.

Drag in the document page to draw with the tool you've selected (Figure 10.39).
