Chapter 1. Acrobat Reader Basics > Printing a PDF Document

Printing a PDF Document

You can print a PDF file from Acrobat Reader just as you would any other document.

To print a document from Acrobat Reader:

1.
Either choose Print from the File menu, click the Print button in the File toolbar, or press Ctrl+P/Command-P. The Print dialog box appears.

2.
If necessary, type the number of copies you want in the Print dialog box (Figure 1.84).

Figure 1.84. The Print Dialog box lets you choose a number of printing parameters.

3.
If you don't wish to print the entire document, enter the page range (the starting and ending numbers of the pages to print) in the appropriate text fields of the Print dialog box.

4.
Click OK (Windows) or Print (Mac) to send the document to the printer. Clicking Cancel returns you to your document without printing anything.
