Arranging Multiple Windows

Your computer desktop can get quite messy when you have several PDF document windows open at once. Fortunately, Acrobat Reader offers built-in functions that “tidy up” your document windows automatically.

To display all open documents:

  • Choose either Window > Tile > Horizontally (Ctrl+Shift+K/ Command-Shift-K) or Window > Tile > Vertically (Ctrl+Shift+L/ Command-Shift-L).

    Horizontal tiling displays open windows next to each other in a lateral stack (Figure 1.78).

    Vertical tiling displays open windows one above another in a vertical stack (Figure 1.79).
