A1: You can select multiple check boxes, whereas you can select only one radio button in a series.

A2: Users can submit a form over the Web after a CGI (Common Gateway Interface) application is set up on a Web server to handle the form data.
3:Which fields will populate in a form if you use the Import > Form Data command?
A3: When you import data from a form data file, the fields that share names in common with the imported data fields will be populated. The signature data for a signature field is not imported.
4:What is a combo box?
A4: A combo box consists of a pop-up list of items from which users can choose only one item.
