Chapter 30. Using Programs Together > Linking Information in Entourage

Linking Information in Entourage

With Entourage, you can link files, calendar events, or notes to any other item in Entourage. Links in Entourage are useful when you are planning meetings. For instance, you can link a file pertaining to a specific meeting to a contact person in your Address Book. This allows you to open any relevant information that pertains to the meeting directly from the Address Book. Our example will go over linking an Entourage contact to an Office document.

To link an Entourage contact to an Office document:

1.
In Entourage, select the Address Book.

Your contacts appear in the Address Book pane (Figure 30.28).
