Starting an Organization Chart

Organization charts are easy to start. PowerPoint has an organization-chart layout for you. All you have to do is select it and start creating your chart.

To start an organization chart:

1.
Click the New Slide button on the Common Tasks palette to start a new slide (Figure 21.2).

In the New Slide dialog box, double-click the Org Chart layout (Figure 21.3).

On the new slide, double-click the "Double click to add org chart" placeholder (Figure 21.4).

This opens the MS Organization Chart module.
