Changing Views

Changing views is like getting a different perspective of your presentation. You can change your view to focus on specific elements of your work. For instance, if you need to rearrange slides, use the Slide Sorter view. If you want to concentrate on just the text, try the Outline view. Each view shows a different aspect of the same presentation. You can switch from one view to another at any time.

Normal view displays the text, slide, and notes so you can work on all parts of your presentation from the same location (Figure 18.20).
