Working with Text

A text slide has specific areas where you can type the title and subject of the slide.

To create a text slide:

1.
On the Common Tasks palette, click the New Slide button (Figure 19.1).

From the Insert menu, choose New Slide (Figure 19.2).

In the New Slide dialog box, choose the second layout, Bulleted List, and then click OK (Figures 19.3).

The new text slide appears (Figure 19.4). You are ready to fill in the text.

Click the "Click to add title" or "Click to add text" placeholder (Figure 19.5).

Type text (Figure 19.6).

Click the next placeholder, and continue typing text (Figure 19.7).
