Creating Labels

Word has a variety of different label templates that you can use to create your own labels. The templates are accessed from the Project Gallery.

To create labels:

1.
If you don't already have the Project Gallery open, select File > Project Gallery, and then select Labels from the Category menu (Figure 8.1). Click the Label Wizard icon.

Select File > Open, choose Label Wizard under Templates > Labels in the Open dialog box, and click Open (Figure 8.2).

2.
A new document opens, and the Labels wizard appears (Figure 8.3).

3.
Enter the address, type, and number of labels, select printing options, and then click OK.

Your new labels appear in the document (Figure 8.4).
