Working with Rows and Columns

If you need to add information to your table, you can do so by adding rows and columns.

To insert a row:

1.
Click in any cell at the location for the new, blank row.

2.
Select Table > Insert.

Choose either Rows Above or Rows Below (Figure 7.25).

The new row appears. In our example, the row appears below the row we selected in step 1 (Figure 7.26).
