If the Outlining toolbar isn't displayed, choose View > Toolbars > Outlining. To collapse the entire outline, click the Collapse All button on the Outlining toolbar. or To collapse the currently selected slide(s), click the Collapse button. To expand outline text: 1. 2. Tip Another way to collapse or expand the text in a single slide is to double-click the slide's icon (Windows only). Tip You can also right-click the slide text and choose Expand or Collapse from the shortcut menu (Windows only). Reordering the Slides Because the outline shows many slides at once, Outline view (or the outline pane in Normal view) is ideal for repositioning slides in a presentation. You can use either the Move buttons on the Out- lining toolbar or the drag-and-drop technique.
