GOOD WRITERS ARE ALWAYS AWARE OF THEIR AUDIENCES

Your primary audience in an e-mail communication is the person to whom the message is addressed. The secondary audience is made up of anyone to whom the message is copied. Because e-mail is never private, anyone may be privy to the contents of the e-mail.
