PUT YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD

E-mail messages reflect on users and the organizations they represent. People are judged by how and what they write. Not only do recipients judge the sender's writing skills, but they also look at word choice, tone, and length of the message. Readers may even judge a writer by the way information is organized—especially if the message is disorganized. Fair or not, e-mail messages are always “on the line,” and who knows who will see them?
