  • Being efficient means getting something done by expending the least amount of time, energy, and money.

  • Being effective means doing things that really matter.

  • Being productive means putting together the right combination of efficiency and effectiveness so that you spend your time, energy, and money only on things that matter, you accomplish everything that does matter, and you do so by expending the minimum resources required.
