Creating Rows and Columns

As you saw earlier, it is possible to clone text blocks so that they form columns. The problem with that method is that you have to do a lot of math if you want to make sure the width of all the columns fits a certain area. The Rows & Columns command lets you create a single text block that fills the area and then divide it into rows (horizontal dividers) or columns (vertical dividers). For example, Figure 11.32 shows a single text block in the background that was instantly divided into three columns.
