Images and Fonts

Here's where you can find other interesting, useful material on the CDs, listed according to the material's location on disc.

  • Disc 1. Additional fonts in the Fonts folder.

  • Disc 2. Fonts and high-quality clip art in CorelDraw format. (For help installing the multilingual fonts, see the CorelDraw 10 ReadMe in the Setup and Notes folder.)

  • Disc 3. You can find additional images in the following folders on Disc 3:

    • 3D. Three-dimensional image files in QuickTime 3D metafile format that can be imported into CorelDraw using the File > Import command.

    • Brsh_tex. Brush shapes and patterns.

    • Frames. Artistic bitmap frames (Figure A.11) that can be opened directly in Photo-Paint or imported into CorelDraw drawings.

    • Imglist. Assorted 3D clip art and other high-quality bitmap images.

    • Objects. High-quality bitmap images organized into categories, such as architecture and education; can be opened directly in Photo-Paint or imported into CorelDraw 10.

    • Patterns. Complex bitmap patterns, suitable for use as tiles.

    • Photos. Photographs in compressed Photo-Paint format.

    • Sounds. Sound effects in WAV format.

    • SprayLists. Spray paint patterns.

    • Tiles. Bitmap images in Photo-Paint format, suitable for use as Web page backgrounds. (Tiling an image means to repeat it as many times as necessary to fill a designated area—in this case, a Web page.)

    • Webart. Buttons, horizontal rules, and banner graphics that you can use to embellish Web pages.
