Setting the Basic Print Options

For most basic printing, there are just a few options that you need to set. For instance, you may simply want to set the number of pages that you need to print.

To set the number of copies and print range (Mac):

1.
Choose File > Print. The Print dialog box appears 1.

If it is not active, choose the General setting from the top menu in the printer dialog box.

In the Copies field, enter the number of copies you want to print.

In the Pages section, choose All to print all the pages in your document.

or

Enter the range of pages. If you want to print only one page, type that page number in both the From and To fields.

5.
Click OK to print the file.
