A usability test can encompass many methods and individuals. An evaluation plan, based on the goals and objectives you have identified, often includes at least two different methods that complement each other. Using three methods allows you to compare data from one against two other tests to pinpoint gaps in the information or to ensure that you have the information you need and that the data is consistent. This is called triangulation.
