Disabling Printer Sharing

You can stop sharing a printer at any time. For example, you might want to print a photo that requires you to load special paper into the printer, and you want to make sure that no one else uses the printer until you are finished. In this case, you would stop sharing the printer, load your special paper, and print the photo using the computer that the printer is attached to. Then when you are finished, you can share the printer again.

In this exercise, you will stop sharing the printer attached to your Windows XP computer. You will also remove the printer from the list of those available to you. To stop sharing the printer and then delete it, complete the following steps:
