Chapter 6. Sharing Data on the Network > Sharing Music on Your Network

Sharing Music on Your Network

Windows XP makes it easy to copy your music CDs to your computer. Once music files are copied, you can listen to music on any of your computers on the network without having to load the CD or copy the music to a different computer.

Tip

You can use the Media Library feature of Windows Media Player to keep track of music stored on other computers so that you can have quick and easy access to it.
