Chapter 14. Safari RSS > Archive a web page

Archive a web page

At some point you may want to archive a web page on your computer, complete with text, images, and other content so you can browse the page later, even if you're not connected to the Internet. If you are connected, the links on the page are fully functional.

1.
Open the page you want to archive.

To open an archived file, double-click it or drop it on top of the Safari application icon.

2.
From the File menu choose “Save As…,” or press Command S.

3.
In the Save As sheet (shown on the right), choose “Web Archive” from the Format pop-up menu.

4.
Click the “Save” button.
