Chapter 14. Safari RSS

The World Wide Web is easier to browse, thanks to Safari RSS, Apple's web browser. The RSS (Really Simple Syndication) technology that is now available on many web sites provides news stories and articles in the form of headlines and brief summaries that link full-length versions on various web sites. Safari includes a collection of RSS feeds, but you can choose which RSS feeds you want, and you can add others whenever you want. RSS feeds make it easy to quickly browse lots of information, then click a story that interests you to see the full details. You can view RSS feeds directly in the Safari window without needing to open a separate RSS reader.
