Use your phone as a digital voice recorder.
Almost all Nokia phones come with a built-in voice recorder. You can use it to record short sound clips into WAV or Audio/Modem Riser (AMR) format audio files in the Gallery for later playback or sharing. It is an excellent tool for capturing sound bites in everyday life. You can also use the recorder to capture ring tones [Hack #45] .
The voice recorder is also used to record voice commands. Each command is a short audio clip that is associated with a specific action on the phone, such as launching an application or dialing a phone number. For instance, you can record the word camera as a voice command for launching the Camera application. After the command is recorded, whenever you say the word “camera” to the phone, it matches the recorded sound wave and launches the Camera application.
