  • TheiPod Support page.The iPod support page provides easy access to many of the most popular iPod articles in Apple's Knowledge Base (its collection of tech-help writeups; www.apple.com/support/ipod).

  • TheiTunes home page.Information about the newest version of Apple's iTunes software for Macintosh and Windows resides here, along with instructional videos and a link to download the software. You can also find a link to lists of CD recorders that operate with iTunes, as well as a place to offer feedback (www.apple.com/itunes).

  • iTunes Support for Mac OS X. Apple keeps a collection of top iTunes support articles and tutorials for Mac aficionados all in one place (www.apple.com/support/itunes).
