Make several versions of the same document

Sometimes you might want to create changes in a document, but you still want to keep a copy of the original without the changes. For instance, let's say you write a witty letter to Uncle Jeff, then decide you also want to write to Uncle Cliff. You have a few things to tell Cliff that Jeff isn't interested in, but you don't want to retype the entire letter. That's when you'll use “Save As…” a second time to give the document a new name, which actually creates a new, separate file and leaves the original file intact.

Exercise 2: Make another version based on the original.
