More Calendar Techniques

Real Life: Alarms & notes

Charles is the secretary for a neighborhood group that meets on the first Tuesday of every month. He has an alarm reminder set for two days in advance of each meeting so that he remembers to use Tasks to set the agenda (by creating a category called “Meeting agenda” – see chapter 10). During the meeting, the agenda items show up on his Calendar's Agenda View. As each item is discussed, he checks it off.
