Keyguard (Treo)

The Treo has a similar preference called Keyguard. If activated, this setting requires you to press the five-way navigator's center button to turn the Treo on; if you don't oblige, the Treo screen turns off after a few seconds.

To customize locking settings

1.
In the Auto Keyguard popup menu, choose to turn on this preference immediately after shutting off or after a delay of 5 or 30 seconds. To turn it off, select Disabled (Figure 2.30).

2.
Select to disable the touchscreen during a call or when receiving an incoming call to avoid accidentally hanging up.
