Chapter 4. Calendar > Treo Calendar Floating Events

Treo Calendar Floating Events

There are times when you need to make sure to do something at a certain time. Floating events can be scheduled like any event, but carry over until the next day if they're not marked completed.

To work with floating events

1.
Create a new floating event from the New popup menu, or by choosing New Floating Event from the Record menu, or by pressing Menu-I. Assign it a title and time. It will be identified by a circle to the left or right of the name, depending on whether it's scheduled or not (Figure 4.65).

Figure 4.65. Floating events are really just scheduled to-do items.

2.
Tap the circle to indicate that the task is completed, or tap Details and select the Done option under Type. If left alone, it will display the following day.
