Broken Screen

If a screen problem requires you to send it back to the manufacturer, the situation is actually rather good. Agen recently had to send his new Zire 72 back to PalmOne after the screen fizzled out (due to a pratfall gone wrong). Luckily, it occurred within the 90-day warranty period and it wasn't cracked (which wouldn't have been covered). He sent it overnight to the service depot in Laredo, Texas, and received it back within seven days.
