…Include a headline.

…Turn photos of people so they face toward the center of visuals.

…Add a touch of color.

…Use only six words per line, six lines per visual.

…Include only essential words.

…Make the words large enough to read.

…Use upper and lower case for large blocks of type.

…On the visual, include only those items you will talk about.

…Check and recheck your spelling and numbers.

Avoid “Data Dump.”[*] Crowding your presentation with too many visuals and/or too much information will reduce their effectiveness and you will lose impact. Usually the fewer, the better!
