Introduction

In this chapter, you're going to create Web page forms, using Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003. Forms that appear on Web pages are similar to paper forms. Web page forms share the same purpose (gathering information about your visitors) and use many of the same devices (check boxes, information fields, etc.) as paper forms. The most popular types of forms include:

  • Request

  • Registration

  • Feedback

  • Contact information

  • Survey

  • Guest book

  • Order (shipping and billing information)

  • Log On (prompts visitors to enter name and password)

  • Search (enables visitors to search your site)
