Chapter 16. Creating Forms > Using Form Page Templates and Wizards

Using Form Page Templates and Wizards

One of the simplest ways to add a form to your Web site is to use one of FrontPage's form page templates or the Form Page Wizard to build it. FrontPage has a number of form page templates that you can use to construct forms for many common Web-site needs. Examples of form page templates include

  • Feedback Form— Creates a form page that users can use to enter personal information as well as comments to send back.

  • Guest Book— Creates a form page that stores user information in a file that other users can then browse and read.

  • Search Page— Builds a form page that can be used to search your Web site.

  • User Registration— Creates a form that users can utilize to register in order to enter a restricted-access Web site.
